The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the person concerned, which is given when the request is submitted.

Need to provide data

The provision of data is necessary in order to allow us to execute user requests. Any refusal to provide all or part of the personal data in question could make it impossible to follow up the request of the user.

Data processing methods

The data is organized in paper archives and in electronic databases; the processing of the same takes place through the use of manual, computerized and telematic tools and procedures suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, while respecting the security measures considered adequate according to the principles of the GDPR (Art. 32).

Data will be stored for one year and, in any case, for the period required to process the request.

As responsible of data treatment, data can be processed by companies that provide IT or management services (the list of these subjects is available upon request of the data subject).

Within the framework of the contractual relationship, the company could process personal data, Tax Identification Numbers and banking and contact details (such as e-mail addresses and telephone numbers) belonging to directors, employees and collaborators who, based on the task assigned, manage and/or execute the contract.

Data are processed for purposes connected to execution and management of the contract and to the fulfilment of regulatory obligations required by contractual relationship.

External subjects, such as suppliers of third-party processing, administrative and instrumental services, necessary for the achievement of the purposes indicated above, may have access to the data.
